A 14-week physician leadership program delivered through a hybrid model of self-learning and active peer-based learning at three virtual meetings and one in-person meeting.

VISTA focuses on developing and applying personal and organizational leadership skills to address the complex problems of today’s health care environment. The goal is to enhance the leadership skills of our learners, so they are more successful in their roles and better able to improve organizational performance.

Cancellation Policy

The sucess of IPMA VISTA education is based on the concept of peer-to-peer learning. Based on this philosophy, IPMA reserves the right to cancel the session if it does not meet it's minimum number of learners.
