VISTA Essentials is an 8-week online-only program, designed for individual participants limited on time but still looking for a cohort to develop and grow with. This program is designed to develop you the leader; by teaching personal leadership skills as well as learning how to work effectively with others. In addition to the 8 chapters on self-improvement, VISTA Essentials meets online for two interactive sessions.

Cancellation Policy

The success of IPMA VISTA education is based on the concept of peer-to-peer learning. Based on this philosophy, IPMA reserves the right to cancel the session if it does not meet it's minimum number of learners.
